3.      Projects :

·         Brochure: - Translation received.  Derek and Alison to finalise design next week.

·         Maelog Lake: – Official opening of the boardwalk was a great success and photo should be in the local paper next week.  Community council have asked us if we can look into whether further improvement are needed around the lake (apart from the southern end which they are progressing) and submit proposals to them.

·         Boatpool outlook – no further progress.

·         High Street The new village hall will be only having one bracket for flags/Christmas trees which is a shame as other large properties will be having more.

·         Rhosneigr History – Maggie provided and old Rhosneigr Brochure, dated 1914, which will be very useful for this project.

4.      Web Site – Live and being updated.  This does not need to be a regular agenda item in future.

5.      Newsletter – 650 copies of the newsletter are needed this time – Menter Môn will provide 450 copies and Bill the remaining 200.  It was agreed that the phone number for the community police should be advertised in this issue.

6.      Future Plans – The September meeting will need to start plans for Christmas.  John Morrison asked if we would consider a plan for replacing the tree near the clock with one which is more substantial and would be able to be decorated with Christmas lights. Pip to look into what sort of tree would be suitable.

7.      AOB – There was no other business.
