Projects
: ·
Brochure: About to be printed. Various suggestions put forward as to the siting of the brochure.
ie TICs, Menai cottages, the Trac, Ferry
Port, caravan sites etc. It was agreed
to keep a record of usage to see where most brochures were being utilised. ·
Maelog Lake:
– It was agreed that Pip and Brett should be reporting on further
improvements to the Lake. Concern was
expressed about the state of the boardwalk as it is getting very overgrown
and the weed control does not seem to be working. · Boatpool outlook – no further progress. ·
High
Street –Brett
has arranged for the brackets to be put up next month ·

History – Derek
has now scanned all of the brochure from Maggie. 4.
Christmas
arrangements
– It was agreed to postpone discussion to the next meeting when it is hoped
there would be a better attendance, 5.
Newsletter – urgent. 6.
Future Plans –
No
new plans at this time although the carnival will need to be discussed soon. 7.
