Project Rhosneigr Minutes of Management Meeting held at Glan Llyn Bach on 9^th June 2008

1. Apologies:, David Walley Maggie Jarman, Jackie Lewis, John Morrison. 2. Minutes of last meeting: Proposed , Pip Chinnery – seconded Alison Robinson, 3. Maritime Report – Derek attended the last CC meeting and put various points, about access to the beach, to John Owen. These will now be followed up in writing. 4. Projects : · Brochure: - Awaiting translation. Pip has secured the inclusion of the brochure in all Menai Cottages establishments. We must approach the ferry port for them to stock the brochure and also Wylfa visitor centre. · Maelog Lake: – Official opening on 1^st July with CCW, Coastal Path Group, Mentor Môn, Press etc. Derek to ask Evan Owen to do the opening. Phil cannot be there but said the chair of council would attend in his absence. · Boatpool outlook – area has been surveyed by land registry. · High Street – The fixings for the brackets have been provided by John Robinson – the meeting expressed their thanks to Alison for this. It is unlikely that the brackets can be fitted before August. · Rhosneigr History – Derek has arranged to speak to Pauline Gasson who provided a lot of material for the book “Rhosneigr Then and Now” 5. Web Site – Live and being updated 6. Newsletter – A new newsletter needs to be produced in July 7. Future Plans –No more plans for the moment 8. AOB – There was no other business. 9.
